Onaivi Dania is a mentoring strategist with a rich blend of Information Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence and Human Capital Development experience. He is the founder and Team Lead of Precepts & Mentors, a career and business mentoring firm based in Nigeria with footprints in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Accra, Nairobi, Kigali and Dubai.
He started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 22 when he founded a personal development and IT company, Xploits Precepts Limited as a Computer Engineering Student of the University of Benin.
As the founding CEO of Xploits Precepts Ltd, he initiated several empowerment programs such as Business Horsepower, Embryonic Entrepreneurs’ Workshops and Technology Mentorship for Small Business Scheme. These programs have enabled several undergraduate students position themselves for workplace productivity and commence their entrepreneurial ventures while in school and have enabled them become active entrepreneurs as graduates.
His desire for management consulting and human capital development made him join Joseph Consulting as an associate consultant where he was responsible for the supervision of the development and re-branding of the company’s web-based human capital development platform. He was also responsible for developing and facilitating bespoke Human Capital Development programs such as Workplace Attitude, Contact Management, Corporate Patriotism, Workplace Mentoring, Performance Kinetics, Vision Management, to mention but a few.

Widely known as the “Mentor-Mentee Matchmaker”, Onaivi’s current disposition is to help individuals achieve their dreams via the tool of mentoring. As a result, he established a mentoring program in 2012 for young professionals themed “The Mentor Magnet”. Since 2012, he has hosted a wide range of mentoring events for Middle and Senior Management known as Managers As Mentors Program, High School Teachers (Teachers as Mentors Program), Corporate Mentoring Workshops and organizes the quarterly The Mentorship Masterclass which rotates in different cities around Africa. The Mentorship Masterclasses run in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Kigali, Kampala, Dar Es Salaam, Harare, Abidjan and Abuja.
Onaivi Dania has been a featured speaker in Social Media Week Lagos and Social Media Week Nairobi. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Hive Global Leaders Program(Silicon Valley, USA), member Governing Council, School of Consulting, UK and is an active contributor in various local and regional mentoring and data analysis events and has worked with several non-profits and civil society organisations in executing their functional projects.
